During processing of beds the mattresses must be taken off the bed and stored
temporarily. This is an arduous and difficult task. Especially when mattresses have to be moved without contaminating them further, suitable transport units are often missing. And where do you store the lifting devices that disrupt the cleaning of beds? The mobile Matrazenablagewagen ML-S offers room for up to 5 mattresses and 5 lifting devices for transport or storage during bed preparation and cleaning. It is constructed to allow the putting away of mattresses comfortably and securely. Optionally, the Matrazenablagewagen ML-S can be equipped with distance separators to allow storage of mattresses in an upright position. Also available is storage option for detachable lifting devices, as well as an hitch for transport with electrical train systems.

Storage cart for lifting devices
During bed preparation and cleaning, both mattresses and any lifting devices have to be
removed and stored. The Storage cart can store up to 16 lifting devices and transport them securely. The lifting devices can then be cleaned directly on the cart. Optionally, the cart can be equipped with a hitch for electrical train systems. The cart is made out of 1.4301 stainless steel and is rustproof. Since the cart has no electrical or hydraulic components, it is maintenance free.
